This technique is performed by a physiotherapist and is highly effective due to the physio’s in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology.

Pregnancy Massage

This massage is performed by a physiotherapist and is very useful to ease discomfort at a time when you can’t use some medications to relieve discomforts during pregnancy.

Deep Tissue + Massage Gun

This technique releases excessively ‘stressed’ muscles. We use percussive therapy to pulse targeted pressure into your muscles at speed helping to break up scar tissue, release the fascia and treat, muscle and tendon conditions.
